Who is Responsible for Your Personal Data at Enter Norway?

Enter Norway’s Office Manager is responsible for managing personal data within the company. Any future delegation will only involve tasks; the ultimate responsibility for personal data always remains with Enter Norway.

Personal Data Collected by Enter Norway

Enter Norway has two sources of personal data collection, both based on section 8 of the Personal Data Act.

The primary source is information you voluntarily provide, mainly through the contact form on Enter Norway’s website. This form acts as a communication bridge between potential/existing customers and Enter Norway. Completing the form is entirely optional, and visitors can choose to remain passive. Personal data collected through this form includes your phone number, email address, and name.

Following the contact form submission, additional personal information might be generated via emails, phone calls, or other correspondences between Enter Norway and you as a potential/existing customer.

The secondary source is data collected directly by Enter Norway through Google Analytics. This data captures your IP address, duration of visit, links clicked, and user count at various times, among other details.

How Enter Norway Uses Personal Data

The purpose of the contact form and subsequent correspondence is to handle inquiries and fulfill obligations towards customers. Open communication between Enter Norway and its customers is crucial for ensuring satisfactory dialogue and end products.

Data gathered from Google Analytics aims to enhance the user experience on the website, making layouts more user-friendly, identifying user trends, optimizing service efficiency, and preventing criminal activities such as hacking.

The legal basis for Enter Norway’s personal data processing is section 11 of the Personal Data Act.

Managing Your Personal Data

The limited amount of personal data collected by Enter Norway is minimal compared to other entities and online services. Therefore, managing personal data through settings such as app configurations or personalized advertising does not apply here. Enter Norway does not utilize personal data for such purposes.

However, you still have rights related to your personal data, detailed below.

Enter Norway does not share personal data from the contact form, its own data collection, or other sources with third parties. Should sharing ever become necessary, explicit consent will always be requested.

Upon termination of the relationship, all communication and personal data will be deleted within two years.

Enter Norway conducts internal control to ensure secure storage, management, and deletion of personal data according to legal standards.
